Other Fees

Medical consumables used as part of your treatment may attract a separate fee between $10 to $40. Procedural fees will vary according to the type and complexity – please enquire prior to your consultation.

After Hours Medical Care

If you need care outside our normal hours, our trusted partner WADMS can help with home visits ensuring you’re supported around the clock. To arrange after-hours care, call WADMS directly on (08) 9321 9133.

Cancellations and Not attending the clinic / Not answering the Telehealth call

We understand that emergencies happen however we have a minimum 2-hour window to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

If you are unable to do so, Non-Attendance fee for Standard Consult/ Telehealth is $40 and Long Consult and Weekend will be $80.

We will be calling from no caller ID for Telehealth calls, and you are required to keep your phone with you.

Drugs of addiction and Pain medication

We do not prescribe drugs of addiction and pain medication unless we establish a need and obtaining prior medical history. We do not refund fees in the event of not been able to fulfil your requests for medication.

We do not prescribe drugs of addiction or pain medication unless a clinical need is evident, a thorough medical history is obtained, and a patient-doctor relationship has been formally established. Please note fees are non refundable if we are unable to fulfil your request for medication.

Services Provided & Appointment Types

We provide a wide range of healthcare services including: Health Assessments, MVA care, Mental Health support, Therapeutic injections, Employment Medicals, Men’s, Women’s & Children’s Health, Travel Vaccines, Workers’ Compensation, Care plans chronic disease management, Iron Infusions, Skin Cancer Checks, NIP vaccinations. In addition, on-site services include Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Speech Pathology, Dentistry and Clinipath pathology.Appointments are structured to ensure the appropriate amount of time is allocated for your needs. We offer both standard and extended consultations for those requiring additional time with their GP. When booking online, you can select from a range of appointment types to suit your situation, ensuring the correct time is reserved for your visit. We also provide telehealth services via phone consults, billed at the same rate as a face-to-face consult.

Billing arrangements

We are a private billing practice; we require full payment on the day unless prior arrangements have been made. Some doctors are happy to bulk bill children 15 and under and those with a valid government issued concession card.Drivers Medicals, Employment, Work Cover, Iron infusion, Insurance etc. are to be paid for in full on the day of consult. If you have any queries, please ask one of our reception team. Saturday appointments all patients are charged a fee.

After Hours Home Visits and Emergency


In the event that you may walk in to the practice every effort will be given to accommodate you with a doctor or the nurse and doctor. This service may attract a fee (even if you are a concession card holder) please check with reception.

The clinic has engaged the services of Dial-a-Doctor to provide a locum service for the after-hours medical care of our patients you can call them on 1300 030 030 once our clinic is closed. If you are wanting a home visit during practice hours you will be required to book a phone consult with the GP and only then will the GP decide if a home visit is needed.

Communication with Doctors

In our practice to help avoid delays and maintain confidentiality, to limit interruptions to the doctors whilst they are consulting (except in the event of a medical emergency). All patients are required to make an appointment, we do offer Telephone consults for your convenience, they are charged at the same rate as a face-to-face consult. Please note that email is not our preferred option for communicating with the doctors as we cannot guarantee the security and that the email is monitored daily.

Recall & Reminder System

Our practice participates in national and state reminders systems or registers. Relevant information is given to enable automatic reminders to be issued to you for important preventative health checks eg. Cervical, Bowel, Breast screening and Prostate checks. Recalls & Reminders can be sent either by text message, email or a letter in the mail.

Management of your personal health information

Keeping in line with the National Privacy principles your medical records are maintained as a confidential document. It is the policy of the practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times.You are welcome to transfer your medical records to another medical centre at any time, please note that the centre does charge a fee and this request is actioned within a timely manner as per our policy. Please speak to one of the reception team for more information.

Do you accept walk-in patients?

Yes where possible we’ll do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time.

Can I book online?

Absolutely. You can book 24/7 using our simple online booking system, or call our team during opening hours.

Do you bulk bill?

Our centre is a private billing practice. However, children under 16, DVA, and pension card holders over 65 concession card holders may be bulk billed with participating doctors, please confirm with reception.

What happens if I need after-hours care?

We partner with Dial a Doctor for after-hours home visits. If you require urgent care outside our opening hours, please call Dial a Doctor directly or visit Joondalup Health Campus in an emergency.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your valid Medicare card, concession card, photo ID, along with any relevant medical information or referral letters if needed.
