WA BORDERS OPEN – WHAT IT MEANS TO U

With the WA Borders opening as of the 14th of November what does that mean for us? It means that we no longer have the freedom that we were currently used to. It now means that we have to be more vigilant in the way we run our practice so that you our patients are safe, as well as the doctors that you are used to seeing.

In this case it means that we will be back to screening patients on the phone,  within our online booking software providers and while it may seem tedious to you, for us it means that we can still provide the best health care and still  keep us all safe.

If you have travelled interstate we would appreciate your honesty in providing that information to us. If you have self quarantined when you have travelled we commend you for this. If you have been in close contact with someone who has recently returned from interstate travel please be upfront about this, the more aware we are the more we can do to reduce the risk of community transmitted covid-19.

If you have flu like symptoms we ask that you do not come into the surgery on arrival, please wait in your car and call reception on 9409 6200 to check in. If you have a mask please wear it. Your health is no joke to us. If you do not have a mask we can provide one for you please let us know. Once it is your turn to see the doctor our staff will come to the door to call you in so keep your eyes peeled, you may proceed straight to your doctors room.

If we can  follow all the advice given then we will reduce any risk to all our patients and continue to practice in a secure and safe environment.
